Tampa Real Estate and Hurricane Season

Well, Hurricane Season has begun in the Tampa Bay area, actually, it began on June 1st.  All of us Tampa Realtors know what that means.  If we have a closing coming up, we need to make sure we get those insurance policies before a storm approaches the area.  If one does, there is a window of which no insurance policies will be written.  So if you are in the market to buy Tampa Real Estate, make sure you get that insurance policy first or at least as early into the process as possible.  This way, you will be guaranteed to close on time.
