Oh Sunny Days…But Bring on the Rain in Tampa Bay

I love the sun, probably more than most people, and I love heat.  It is kindof one of the reasons I moved here.  Although I love the sun so much, I like green grass as well, and I certainly don’t like watering my lawn  alot which is what is needed when there is no rain.  Unfortunately, the county puts a ban on watering so everything turns brown.  Well, we need the rain…and here it comes.  So for all of you coming to Tampa to check out the beaches, beach homes, etc, don’t worry about the rain….it is usually short lived but well needed.  After all, everyone comes to Tampa looking for the colorful plants, green lawns and fantastic beaches.

You have to take the rain with the Sun, just wait a few minutes and the weather will change!
