Well, good rule of thumb here in the sunshine state, when the weather heats up, so does the Tampa Real Estate Market.  The temperature here this week will stay in the mid 90’s with high humidity.  It seems that people want to move out of their cold, rainy area, and buy a piece of sunshine to go swimming all day long.
